Craig Dickson

Craig has been working with developing human potential for over 20 years and has demonstrated capacity to enhance the lives and work engagement of people across a diverse range of contexts. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing evidence-based positive psychology courses, leadership training,  retreats and workshops with tens of thousands of hours of coaching and facilitation of his highly regarded programs. The training Craig facilitates, stems from related fields such as psychology, philosophy and biology, as well as harnessing proven effective methods from other domains and modalities. All interventions with Craig have a common thread of optimising human functioning towards positive identified and desirable outcomes.

Craig uses his strengths of humor, authenticity, transparency and storytelling to full advantage and is known for his lively and engaging training and workshops where he has demonstrated a rare capacity to engage and ‘stretch’ participants’ awareness of themselves and the world around them dramatically. Craig is Director of GRIT and also the Sunshine Coast retreat, Alaya Escape, where he revels in the opportunity to “live the dream” in his Balinese-inspired mountain-top retreat. Craig’s great passion and love are his wife and 2 girls, the Richmond Tigers football club and as his quest to one day make the greatest craft beer known to man.
